Located in the heart of beautiful Texas hill country, our 7,600-sq.-ft. clubhouse is ideal for large or small gatherings. Inside/Outside flow onto a Tudor style lawn features a raised stage for the wedding party during the ceremony.  Our experienced Chef can help your day perfect down to every detail.  136 acres spread across one of the highest hills in Hays County provide for various scenic matrimonial spots, vista after breathtaking vista.

Our main hall dominates most of the area of the first floor; versatile enough to be a formal parlor or a formal dining room, depending on your party’s needs. All rooms are beautifully furnished in rustic, hill country elegance.

Indoor capacity for a standing reception is 120. Capacity for seated events varies according to the desired table configuration. For larger events, additional space can be provided using outdoor tents.

Upstairs are rooms reserved for the bridal party. The “Bride’s room” provides a private area for all to dress and ready themselves. The “Groom’s room” provides the same for the gentleman in our cedar cabin, and the member’s only lounge serves as a wonderful gathering place. A restroom is also located upstairs.

Picturesque hill top gardens, a raised stage, main hall or wilderness settings are available for wedding ceremonies. While we do not have a strict “preferred” vendor list, we are happy to recommend first-class, courteous catering, florist and photography vendors to assist in your event planning needs.
